Software Testing - Managed Service

For long term projects or where a Client wishes to outsource their testing delivery TCL are capable and experienced in delivering a managed service solution.

Managed service engagements are provided on a tiered basis, dependent on Client needs:

  • Tier 1 - Subscription based service integrating test and QA consultancy with an on demand test execution function.  This approach is preferred by start-up enterprises or those with a mobile application focus
  • Tier 2 - for larger testing projects the Tier 2 service is designed to integrate a high portion of offshore resourcing with a consultancy footprint on site.  
  • Tier 3 - for project or annual test commitments of over 500k GBP the Tier 3 service is designed to provide flexible, cost effective and fixed price solutions integrating local & offshore resourcing.  Strategic consultancy, training and test governance are also integrated to the service as required.

The TCL team is set up with both the objective of delivering testing to the required standard and also the objective of improving the service over each 12 month period.  There is also a commitment to the Client to reduce the cost of the service each year, thereby providing more for the same budget.
