| Why did you choose to join TCL? | Stumbled upon TCL by accident, through a recruitment website.The reason that I joined was due to the fact that TCL is a very young and forward-thinking company, and I felt that its youthfulness would give me the opportunity to make a difference. |
| What makes you the right person for your current role at TCL? | I am very forward-thinking; although I can work by myself, I enjoy working with and talking to people. I also enjoy the challenges that testing throws your way. |
| To date, what has been the most positive highlight of your time at TCL? | Working hard and being acknowledged from non-TCL employees for the work we do. |
| What are you passionate about? | Inside work: I'm very passionate in doing not just a good job, but a great job. Outside work: making my family happy and proud. |
| Outside of your career, what are your aspirations in life? | I'd like to be another positive role model for younger family members. |
| In your opinion, how is TCL different to other companies? | I think TCL realises that its employees are its assets and that happy employees are more productive. Working for TCL, you soon realise that you're not just a number but you can actually make a difference if you really want to. (i.e. you have a voice.)
