| Why did you choose to join TCL? | I founded the company in Feb 2000.
It was me, my laptop and my bedroom floor. I had a lot of ideas and
wanted to channel them and build something. |

of the vision for TCL makes me the ideal chairman for this
stage in our development. |
| To date, what has been the most positive highlight of your time at TCL? | Finding the right business partner. Things just wouldn't have been the
same without Tony. |
| What are you passionate about? | Developing people, and helping them to unlock their potential. |
| Outside of your career, what are your aspirations in life? | I aspire to be a business angel and help
people to develop new enterprises in the South West. |
| In your opinion, how is TCL different to other companies? | TCL is a different organisation because it
genuinely cares about the people, the clients, the assignments, the profession and the future of our
