| What makes you the right person for your current role at TCL? | The fact that I don't know a lot about software testing but an awful lot about strategic marketing and product management - which is what I contribute to the company. |
| To date, what has been the most positive highlight of your time at TCL? | Every time one of the team say "that was really interesting" or "I've learnt something" - that's fantastic. |
| What are you passionate about? | Sharing knowledge, happy customers and people who are happy and fulfilled in their work. |
| Outside of your career, what are your aspirations in life? | My other passion is hockey - I put time and effort into my club (Ottery Crickets HC) to develop it as a community club and in particular develop our young hockey players - so I'm a member of the committee, an umpire, a coach and a player! |
