| What makes you the right person for your current role at TCL? | My career has taken me right through the software development lifecycle and into many areas of business. As Training Manager this really helps me to understand the problems and motivations of the people I teach and adds value to the training we deliver. |
| To date, what has been the most positive highlight of your time at TCL? | For me there is a highlight every time I see a light bulb come on inside someone's head and know that I've made that difference. |
| What are you passionate about? | Getting organisations to understand why testing is so important and, crucially, what it can do for them. |
| Outside of your career, what are your aspirations in life? | To learn more about my locality and be active in my local community. |
