| Why did you choose to join TCL? | I was ready for a fresh challenge in Testing, I wanted to apply my expertise and practitioner's skills in a more commercially facing role and learn how to run an effective and efficient testing business. |
| What makes you the right person for your current role at TCL? | I am passionate about Testing, as are TCL, and there is a strong match between my values and those of the company. As a result I believe strongly in the TCL services and I am able to evangelise their importance internally and externally to colleagues and customers alike. |
| To date, what has been the most positive highlight of your time at TCL? | There are two key ones; helping to develop the TCL Accreditation Programme and winning new business customers for TCL. |
| What are you passionate about? | At work I am passionate about QA and Testing and how it can add value, save money and deliver benefits in Business Change, Business Transformation and IT Programmes and Projects. I am especially energised by interesting, challenging, varied and rewarding opportunities to solve problems and help customers and colleagues develop and improve their QA and Testing capability. Outside of work I am passionate about my family, dogs, cats, my work life balance, cars, motorbikes, music and gardening. |
| Outside of your career, what are your aspirations in life? | To be a great husband and father, to give back some time and money to the community and charitable work, to be a better drummer and guitarist and grow better vegetables! A materialistic aspiration is to own a Morgan Plus8 in the next five years and an Aston Martin before I retire! |
